Week 7 fantasy football start ’em, sit ’em RB analysis from FlurrySports includes the likes of Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Warren.
Are we having fun yet? Injuries to the running back position have fantasy football managers scrambling. And, ironically, the bye weeks for the Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills could bring a sigh of relief, as being forced to start Derrick Henry and James Cook has brought more pain than pleasure lately. Still, it brings questions about who to plug into your lineup, and I’ll help to answer some of these questions for this week! Today, we’ll go over our Week 7 Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em to help you decide on some of those tough lineup decisions.
No, you are not sitting Saquon Barkley, even though has has not played up to his level. Simply, start your studs! This article is designed to help solve some of those difficult RB2 or Flex questions you may have, with players who live in that grey area.
Now, labeling a player as a “sit” does not mean they are a must-sit player. As always, check out my weekly fantasy football rankings here. You can also become a member to join a group chat with me and other members where all fantasy football start ’em, sit ’em questions are welcomed!

Sit: Tony Pollard Fantasy Outlook vs Patriots
After featuring Tony Pollard on this side of the Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em last week, why mess with a good thing? Pollard is looking like a mid-tier bye week fill-in for the rest of the season, with the return of Tyjae Spears. Tony Pollard was out-snapped by Spears last week (36-26), and the only positive Pollard previously had going for him was volume. That is no longer the case. On top of that, he draws a matchup against a New England Patriots team that is the third-best in yards per carry allowed this season (3.5).
Sit: Bam Knight Fantasy Outlook vs Packers
I understand you may want to chase last week’s performance, since he was the top scorer in the Arizona Cardinals backfield. Guess what? Bam Knight carried the ball 11 times for 34 yards, and then he had 20 receiving yards on one catch. He luckily got a touchdown, but the Cardinals are taking a hot-hand approach to this backfield, and even on his “hot” day, it wasn’t anything more than a sizzle. This week, Knight and the Cardinals face the Packers. Green Bay surrenders the fourth-fewest fantasy points per game to RBs, and they have allowed the fewest rushing yards in the league to RBs (331).
