Week 15 fantasy football start ’em, sit ’em WR analysis from FlurrySports includes the likes of Stefon Diggs against the Buffalo Bills.

The fantasy football playoffs have arrived, and our margin of error is slim. Now is the time to go on a run and buy the rest of your league, and nailing your starting wide receivers goes a long way in doing so, especially in PPR leagues. However, winter weather, struggling quarterbacks, and injuries can present you with some tough decisions. Let’s answer some of those questions for you!

Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em: Week 15 TEs Include Tyler Warren

December 11, 2025

In this weekly Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em article, we will be talking about the WR2/3 grey area, where you may have some tough decisions that will need to be made. Players like Puka Nacua and Jaxon Smith-Njigba will not be discussed. Yes, start them. You drafted them early for a reason! Instead, we are more concerned about the low-end WR2 or WR3 area where a player with a solid matchup should return value that is worth the start, and vice versa.

Now, labeling a player as a “sit” does not mean they are a must-sit player. As always, check out my weekly fantasy football rankings here. You can also become a member to join a group chat with me and other members where all fantasy football start ’em, sit ’em questions are welcomed!

Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em: Week 15 WRs

Start: Stefon Diggs Fantasy Outlook vs Bills

FantasyPros’ Expert Consensus Ranking (ECR) Rank: 21

Zach Brunner’s Week 15 Fantasy Football Rankings

Here we are again! For the second time this season, Stefon Diggs gets a “revenge game” against the Buffalo Bills. Unlike most touted revenge games, there is some bad blood here, which is why Diggs was the most obvious start back in Week 5, when he exploded for 25 PPR points. So, it is no wonder why we’re starting the Week 15 Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em with the New England Patriots veteran receiver.

But on top of the motivation of playing his former team, Diggs has some monetary motivation. Stefon Diggs signed an incentive-heavy contract with the Patriots. Given his leadership and strong play this season, this is a guy teammates and coaches want to hit as many of his incentives as possible. Currently, Diggs has 64 catches for 705 yards. He will earn $500K for hitting each of the following benchmarks: receptions of 70, 80, 90, 100, and receiving yards of 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300.

Look for Diggs to push for 100 yards again versus the Bills and possibly hit his first reception milestone!

Start: Wan’Dale Robinson Fantasy Outlook vs Commanders

ECR Ranks: 17

You all know I like targeting players against the Washington Commanders — it’s been an easy money-maker this season. So, let’s talk about a high-usage player against Washington — Wan’Dale Robinson.

Per my Opportunity Index, Robinson has averaged fourth-most looks among WRs over the past four weeks (10.3). If we get double-digit targets against the Commanders, Christmas will come early this year! Washington allows the eighth-most fantasy points to WRs this season, but they allow the second-most yards per play (6.2) and by far the most yards per pass attempt (8.1).

The Giants will move the ball against Washington, and clearly Wan’Dale Robinson will be a big reason why. He has had fewer than seven targets just once in his last nine games. This game also has shootout potential, with Marcus Mariota more than good enough to pass against the Giants!

Sit: Christian Watson Fantasy Outlook at Broncos

ECR Rank: 26

Christian Watson has been outstanding since his return from injury, and he has been especially great the past couple of weeks. However, he lands in the “sit” section of the Week 15 Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em due to his road matchup against the Denver Broncos. It’s clear the Broncos have one of the best defenses in the league, and their strength is their pass defense. They combine solid coverage players with a legendary pass rush. So, long-developing routes struggle to work against the Broncos, and Watson’s 18.5-yard average depth of target this season is exactly that.

Denver has allowed the third-fewest yards per pass attempt this season (5.6), and they have allowed a league-low five receiving touchdowns to wide receivers. A big reason for this is the pass rush we mentioned, which has averaged 4.2 sacks per game (0.8 more than the next team). I know Watson is likely a big reason why you are playing in the fantasy football playoffs, but you really should look for another option.

Sit: Michael Pittman Jr. and Alec Pierce Fantasy Outlook at Seahawks

ECR Rank: 31 and 35

There are three teams you want to avoid starting QBs and WRs against: the Denver Broncos, Houston Texans, and Seattle Seahawks. In his first game off his couch, Philip Rivers is expected to lead the Indianapolis Colts into Seattle and keep their season alive. I’m not buying it, and it directly affects receivers Michael Pittman Jr. and Alec Pierce.

This season, the Seahawks have allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points to WRs. While that number is good, it becomes more impressive when you factor in that their opponents have been trailing in most games, meaning their defense has seen pass-heavy second halves. That is why it is important to look at how they perform per play and, well, they allow the fewest yards per pass attempt in the league (5.4). With Seattle ranking fourth in sacks per game as well, Rivers will be tested in this game.

Look for the Colts to utilize a run-heavy game plan. So, fewer pass attempts against the most efficient pass defense in the league is a situation I would love to avoid, and you should too.
