After a horrific first week for Los Angeles and Denver, they picked up quality wins in Week 2. The Rams will be once again without their star wide receiver Puka Nacua, and the Broncos placed rookie running back Jonah Coleman on IR.

DraftKings NFL DFS Picks For Rams vs. Broncos
Captain: Kyren Williams (RB, LAR) $12,900
Yes, the RB opportunities were split last week, which is why Blake Corum is in today’s DFS lineup as well. But we all know when the Rams get near the goal line, it will be #23 getting the call. Kyren Williams has 40% of the Rams’ goal line share, which includes 100% of the running backs’ goal line share.
The Denver defense through two weeks has not been great defending the run; we all remember Kenneth Walker’s MNF performance.
Even last week, against the Jaguars, Bhayshul Tuten averaged 5.0 yards on 13 carries, and he found his way into the end zone. I think Kyren Williams’ floor tonight is 14 points.
Jaylen Waddle (WR, DEN) $9,600
Wait, the Broncos remembered that they traded a first-round pick for Jaylen Waddle? After a very disappointing Week 1, Bo Nix targeted Waddle 10 times, and the former Miami Dolphin turned that into 8 receptions for 138 yards.
After a performance like that, I do not see how Denver can justify not getting Waddle 10+ targets in this game. The game features two stifling defenses; something has to give, and usually that comes by way of a player that makes plays happen after the catch.
Blake Corum (RB, LAR) $6,600
As mentioned earlier, Corum matched Williams’ 12 carries on Monday Night Football versus the Giants, and I would not be surprised if this is a game where Sean McVay uses the 1-2 punch to exploit this Denver run defense.
Corum has that home run hitting ability, and if Denver lets him get in open space, I would not be surprised if we see some 20+ yard runs. If you are decimated by injuries in your fantasy league this week as well, Corum may be worth the flex play.
Davante Adams (WR, LAR) $10,200
Davante Adams turned back the clock on Monday Night Football. The Rams were without Puka Nacua, and it was no problem for Matthew Stafford. But let’s all take a moment to recognize the corners the Giants have… that room combined does not equal Adams’ matchup this week with Pat Surtain.
This is as iron sharpens iron as it gets; we have seen Adams get the best of PS2, and we have seen PS2 lock down Adams. I expect L.A. to heavily lean on the run game tonight, but you don’t have Matthew Stafford at QB to just hand the ball off all night.
Expect Davante Adams to get his fair share of targets, making him very popular among DraftKings NFL DFS picks.
Wil Lutz (K, DEN) $4,800
Bo Nix has looked shaky through the first two weeks. There are several reasons for this, but one big reason is that he is coming off of an ankle injury that he may not be fully comfortable with yet.
Against a tough Rams defense, Broncos drives will stall, and Sean Payton should have the utmost confidence trotting out Wil Lutz in Mile High Stadium to knock through anything 40-60 yards out.
Terrance Ferguson (TE, LAR) $3,800
So… I was very wrong about which TE would get the work against the Giants (so much for Tyler Higbee being relevant). I guess that’s why we should always refer to our featured weekly fantasy football rankings. Without Nacua on the field, Terrance Ferguson got nine targets that turned into 17.4 PPR points.
Denver did not allow Brenton Strange to do much last week, but in the first week of the season, Travis Kelce had three receptions for 71 yards, including a 59-yard catch-and-run.
Why not test the waters again and see if Ferguson is the receiving tight end we all thought the Rams drafted him to be?
