The Miami Dolphins will be without Tua Tagovailoa this week, as the team heads west to take on the Las Vegas Raiders. Jon Gruden’s take has surprised many from an NFL betting perspective this season, but are they actually good enough to start the season 3-0?

The following Dolphins vs Raiders NFL betting preview will give you the current odds, betting trends and picks for the Week 3 matchup, along with a stream link to watch games all season long.

Dolphins vs Raiders Week 3 NFL Betting Preview and Stream

NFL Regular Season — Week 3 Game
Miami Dolphins (1-1, 1-0 Away) vs. Las Vegas Raiders (2-0, 1-0 Home)

While it’s not surprising, Tagovailoa’s injury is a blow to a Miami offense that they couldn’t afford. While Jacoby Brissett does have NFL experience as a starter, he could lead his team to a single point in Week 2. He should be a bit more prepare this week, and Will Fuller is expected to make his Miami debut, but could this offense actually be at a disadvantage against a defense fielded by the Raiders of all teams? It certainly looks that way.

Defensively, Miami continues to be solid. However, the offense needs to help them out. If the Dolphins defense is on the field too often, the Raiders will methodically drive down the field on long scoring drives, which is tough to overcome.

Speaking of the Raiders offense, they’ve been great. Anybody surprised by this should really stop listening to the national media for their opinions and actually watch a game. The Raiders offense was good last season as well, but the defense has always been embarassingly bad. However, that’s not the case this season, and that’s the reason the Raiders are 2-0 after playing two AFC North teams.
