Simply put; the Milwaukee Bucks dominated Game 2. The Bucks found themselves up by 40 points at the end of the third quarter and were able to give their starters some much-needed rest. Jrue Holiday was the only only player for the Bucks to log more than 30 minutes of playing time (32). Giannis Antetokounmpo only needed 29 minutes to record 25 points on 11-18 shooting. He attacked the paint and looked much less timid than in Game 1.
Trae Young’s shooting woes from three-point range continued in Game 2. He shot just 1-8 in Game 2, after going 4-13 in Game 1. Young is not the only Hawk hoping some home cooking fixes his rough road outings. Kevin Huerter has been struggling from the field, having gone a combined 8-22 in the first two games of the series.
The Milwaukee Bucks also have wounds to lick as well. Khris Middleton has been a combined 2-16 from three-point range. The Bucks are fortunate that others have stepped up, but the time will come where Middleton will be asked to deliver as others struggle. He needs to be ready.
