Week 13 Fantasy Football QB Streaming Options
Trevor Lawrence vs Tennessee Titans (30.4%)
In Jacksonville’s overtime win against the Arizona Cardinals, Trevor Lawrence did a little bit of everything. He threw for 256 yards, three touchdowns, three interceptions and lost a fumble. He also ran for 29 yards. While we wanted more against a poor Cardinals defense, Lawrence actually finished the week as QB7. Even though turnovers continue to be an issue for him, Lawrence’s rushing ability has helped to mitigate those lost points, as the Clemson alum now has at least 24 rushing yards in three out of his last four starts, with three rushing touchdowns over that span.
This week, Lawrence will be able to flex not only his rushing ability but his arm talent as well, as the Jacksonville Jaguars take on the Tennessee Titans. The Titans have not been great against opposing quarterbacks, as they are giving up 19.7 fantasy points per game to opposing passers. They have given up 2,603 total passing yards on the season and 17 touchdowns. In what feels like somewhat of an open wildcard race in the AFC, the Jaguars need to continue to stack wins, and that is going to come by way of Lawrence.

Cam Ward vs Jacksonville Jaguars (5.7%)
It is no secret that the Tennessee Titans’ offense has not been the best unit in the NFL this season. In fact, some might say the worst unit, but even with that being the case, Cam Ward has been okay over the past couple of weeks. He has 220+ passing yards in five of the last seven games and has thrown a touchdown in five of those last seven games as well. That all culminated with a QB4 finish last week, as he passed for 256 yards and one touchdown, while rushing for 37 yards and a touchdown. While these numbers aren’t the greatest thing of all time, they do fit the bill of streaming options, but we have been scared off all year because of Tennessee’s brutal schedule when it comes to fantasy quarterbacks.
Now, this week, it finally feels like Ward has something to build off of against a team that can be exploited through the air. The Titans take on the Jaguars, who continue to struggle against opposing passers. On the season, the Jaguars are giving up 22.8 fantasy points per game to the opposing fantasy football QB. They have given up 2,788 passing yards and 22 touchdowns. The Titans’ schedule gets a little easier for Ward, and seeing that he finished as QB4 last week, maybe Ward is making some strides at developing into a solid player with the Titans.
Jacoby Brissett vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers (47.8%)
I told you to pick him last week, and the week before, and I am going to continue to say it until he reaches that 60% ownership point. Even with how bad the Arizona Cardinals have been this season, it is hard to say that Jacoby Brissett has been the problem. Walking into a dumpster fire of a position, Brissett has continued to be a viable fantasy option, as he is averaging 21 fantasy points per game over his six starts. In fact, he has thrown for over 250 yards in each of his starts and multiple touchdowns in five out of those six games. Over his six starts, he has finished as QB7, QB12, QB10, QB10, QB4 and QB8.
Brissett will look to finish in the top in fantasy quarterback finishes this week, as the Arizona Cardinals take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bucs have struggled against opposing passers this season, as quarterbacks are averaging 22.2 fantasy points per game against them. In total, they have given up 2,885 and 19 touchdowns this season. If Baker Mayfield does not play this week, the Arizona Cardinals actually have a chance to win, and given that the Buccaneers can be beat through the air, expect another big week out of Brissett.
