Even after three weeks, fantasy football has still been as crazy as ever. Usually around this time, we start to see things even out and things go back to the way they’re supposed to be, for lack of a better term. Usually, from this point forward, the studs start to ball out, and the flash-in-the-pan type players fade into the distance. Every year, though, there are multiple receivers who stay the course and become league winners for whoever picks them up first. Week 4 is no different this year.

Low-Owned Fantasy Football WR Streaming Options Week 4
Tre Tucker vs Chicago Bears (43.7% Owned)
At this point, Tre Tucker can no longer be called a “fluke.” After dropping 145 yards and three touchdowns on the road against the Washington Commanders, Tucker now has 13 catches for over 210 yards and four touchdowns on the season. More importantly, he also has 17 targets over the last two games. Any player can put up big performances from time to time, but it’s rare that a receiver will receive the bulk of a team’s target share and not carry that forward throughout the season.
Tucker probably went undrafted in your league and didn’t turn too many heads in Week 2 unless you were paying close attention. In a game where he had just three catches for 12 yards, he also had eight targets. Whether or not Tucker can continue to see eight or nine targets a game remains to be seen. However, it’s very clear that he is one of the top options for quarterback Geno Smith. While he does bring some volatility to the table every week in terms of actual production, his high target share makes him a player that needs to be rostered in all leagues immediately.

KaVontae Turpin vs. Green Bay Packers (3.2% Owned)
Although many people only know KaVontae Turpin as the return specialist for the Dallas Cowboys, he provides much more value than that. For leagues that have return yards, Turpin provides immense value even without contributing on offense. Now, though, it appears he’ll get even more chances to produce with the recent injury to teammate CeeDee Lamb.
Turpin has only had eight catches for 129 yards this season, but he also gets a few carries per game. Although his target share certainly isn’t the highest, that will likely increase some more now that Lamb is out full-time. On top of all that, the Dallas Cowboys’ defense is so bad that they’ll probably be losing often, which means Dallas will be passing more. Turpin has the “big play” ability that can turn any catch into a touchdown, and the Cowboys clearly have use for him in a gadget role on top of his normal returner duties. KaVontae Turpin is worth a risky flex play in a matchup against the Green Bay Packers, who struggle with end-arounds, special teams, and speedy receivers.
Tyquan Thornton vs Baltimore Ravens (8.7% Owned)
At first, it appeared that Hollywood Brown would be the main beneficiary for Patrick Mahomes when Xavier Worthy separated his shoulder. Instead, Tyquan Thornton has 14 targets over the last two weeks, turning them into seven receptions for 130 yards and a pair of touchdowns. While Patrick Mahomes hasn’t looked like himself for much of the season, he’s still Patrick Mahomes. In Week 4, he’ll face off against a very mad Baltimore Ravens team that can put up points.
Fortunately for Thornton and the Kansas City Chiefs, they don’t have a defense that can hold teams to few points. This will be a shootout, and the Chiefs will need to pass to stay in this game. With Thornton being the main beneficiary of Mahomes’ targets lately, he should also be the main beneficiary of the majority of subsequent receptions and fantasy points. Although his value will crater when Worthy comes back, it’s as high as ever in his absence.
