We’re getting to the very end of the fantasy football regular season. This means the playoffs are right around the corner. In this article, we have organized the toughest fantasy football playoff schedules for quarterbacks, which includes Weeks 15-17. We have also organized the easiest fantasy playoff schedules for QBs to help you hoist your fantasy league’s trophy, championship belt or champ chain this season!
Top 5 Worst Fantasy Football Playoff Schedules
1. Trevor Lawrence Fantasy Schedule
Fantasy Football Schedule: vs Cowboys, at Jets, at Texans
Trevor Lawrence is on his way to a decent season, as he is currently QB11. This fantasy football playoff schedule might change that pace, though. All teams are in the top 10 for the least fantasy points allowed to QBs. Add to that the struggles of not finishing as a QB25 or higher in the two games against very good defenses against the QBs this season.
2. Patrick Mahomes Fantasy Schedule
Fantasy Football Schedule: at Texans, vs Seahawks, vs Broncos
Some players are matchup-proof, and you will start Patrick Mahomes no matter what. He does have two matchups where the defenses are in the top three for the least fantasy points allowed to QBs this season. The Seahawks being the 12th-worst against QBs allows Mahomes to be bumped down to the second position on this list.
3. Taylor Heinicke Fantasy Schedule
Fantasy Football Schedule: vs Giants, at 49ers, vs Browns
Taylor Heinicke may be winning in real football, but he likely won’t be doing the same thing for your fantasy team. He’s already struggling to go over 250 total yards in a game, and his first two matchups in fantasy playoffs are against defenses in the top five for the least fantasy points allowed. It does get a tad easier in Week 17 though, as he faces the Browns, who have allowed the 13th-most points to QBs.

4. Kirk Cousins Fantasy Schedule
Fantasy Football Schedule: vs Colts, vs Giants, at Packers
Kirk Cousins has already struggled this season against teams who are good against the QBs by not finishing QB25 or higher in those two games. His playoff schedule has me grinding my teeth, as he has three straight weeks of facing defenses who have allowed the 11th-fewest or worse points allowed to QBs this season, and in Week 16, it jumps down to the seventh-fewest points allowed to QBs.
5. Ryan Tannehill Fantasy Schedule
Fantasy Football Schedule: at Chargers, vs Texans, vs Cowboys
Ryan Tannehill has been a thrill these past few games, but all thrills must have a very scary path to survive. His scary path starts in Week 16, as he will have two straight games of facing a top-six defense against QBs. The reason he does get bumped a little lower on this ranking is due to him facing the Chargers in Week 15, as they’ve allowed the 13th-most points to QBs this season. So, enjoy the thrill while you can.
