We’re getting to the very end of the fantasy football regular season. This means the playoffs are right around the corner. In this article, we have organized the best fantasy football playoff schedules for tight ends, which include Weeks 15-17. We have also organized the toughest fantasy playoff schedules for TEs, so you know who to avoid in the pursuit of your fantasy league’s trophy, championship belt, or champ chain this season!
Top 5 Best Fantasy Football Playoff Schedules
1. Tyler Conklin Fantasy Schedule
Fantasy Football Schedule: vs Lions, vs Jaguars, at Seahawks
Tyler Conklin has had an up-and-down ride with the Jets this season. Some weeks, he gets all the targets. In others, he barely sees any. However, like most other Jets pass-catchers, his most productive weeks for fantasy football have come when Zach Wilson isn’t playing. With that being said, Conklin’s playoff schedule is about as favorable as it gets at the tight end position. All of the teams that he faces rank in the bottom 12 in fantasy points allowed to opposing TEs. In Weeks 15 and 17, Conklin will face two of the bottom four defenses in fantasy points allowed to the position.
2. Hunter Henry Fantasy Schedule
Fantasy Football Schedule: at Raiders, vs Bengals, vs Dolphins
Hunter Henry has mostly shined when he has the opportunity. He’s really excelled in the matchups that are favorable for him. Henry’s schedule during the Fantasy Football Playoffs is exactly that. Each of the three teams he and the Patriots will face ranks in the bottom half of the league in fantasy points allowed to TEs. Weeks 15 and 17 are particularly intriguing with games against teams that are among the worst seven at defending the position! Henry could be worth streaming a week early too, as he faces the worst team against TEs in Week 14.
3. Ian Thomas and Tommy Tremble Fantasy Schedule
Fantasy Football Schedule: vs Steelers, vs Lions, at Buccaneers
Let’s be honest. If you have to stoop so low to the team that has the lowest-scoring TEs, you’re already in a desperate state. Ian Thomas or Tommy Tremble haven’t scored 10 or more points in PPR scoring this season. Even though the schedule is great for them, it’s a struggle for them to get fantasy points. The only bonus to the schedule that they have is in Weeks 16-17, where they face two of the worst five teams against TEs. You can risk it, but the points will likely not show up.

4. Jelani Woods and Mo Alie-Cox Fantasy Schedule
Fantasy Football Schedule: at Vikings, vs Chargers, at Giants
The Colts have TEs have been pretty consistent as a group but not individually. Of the group, Jelani Woods has the most 10-point games in PPR scoring this season with three. There’s also Mo Alie-Cox and Kylen Granson, both of whom have scored nine-point games this season. The risk here is that no one of these players has consistently delivered. That said, their schedule is pretty good for the Fantasy Football Playoffs! Although they don’t face a team that has been awful against the position, they do play teams who are all rank in the bottom half against TEs.
5. Robert Tonyan Fantasy Schedule
Fantasy Football Schedule: vs Rams, at Dolphins, vs Vikings
Robert Tonyan had a hot start to the season but is currently on a downhill slide. Hopefully, a favorable Fantasy Football Playoffs schedule will help resurrect him to being a viable option. Week 15 is a tough matchup for Tonyan against the Rams, and is ultimately what dropped him Tonyan to fifth on this list. After that, his games in Weeks 16 and 17 both come against two of the ten worst defenses in terms of fantasy points allowed to TEs. The Dolphins team he faced in Week 16 ranks third-worst against the position.
