DraftKings NASCAR DFS Picks | Race 4
Ruoff Mortgage 500 Drivers to Consider
Martin Truex Jr. ($9,800)
Does DraftKings think that MTJ is not good anymore? The defending winner of this race had an average finish of 1.5 here last year. That was also with a different car, but the difference between the cars is not that big. Martin Truex Jr. still drives for a primer team in Joe Gibbs Racing, do not discount him. Put him in your DraftKings NASCAR DFS lineups.
Kevin Harvick ($9,100)
The track that became known as Kevin Harvick’s playground. Granted that was before the layout change but still, Harvick knows how to get around the desert. Harvick has a win and five top-fives in his last ten races here. He has not finished outside the top 10 in those ten races. Take Harvick and run in your DraftKings NASCAR DFS lineups.
Aric Almirola ($7,000)
The only driver who has finished in the top 10 for every race this year. Aric Almirola since announcing his retirement has been great. Almirola is also one of the better drivers here. He has two top-fives and six top tens helping his average finish of 10.1 in his last ten races at Phoenix. Almirola is practically a steal this Sunday. Put double-A in your DraftKings NASCAR DFS lineups this week.
Ruoff Mortgage 500 Drivers to Avoid
Denny Hamlin ($10,100)
A cold start so far this season for the driver of the #11 Toyota Camry. Denny Hamlin has been averaging less than 10 DK points per race so far this season. The lowest of all drivers entered this week. Hold off on putting Hamlin in your DraftKings NASCAR DFS lineups.
Tyler Reddick ($8,500)
Tyler Reddick is usually a guy who is on the put-in-the-lineup side, not here though. Reddick has an awful statline in his four starts here. He wrecked out of his first race here finishing 33rd. His second attempt he finished 19th. Last year in this race Reddick fell to 29th and finished two laps down. In the season finale he finished on the lead lap for the first time at this track, but still barely cracked the top 20. That is an average of 25th in his four starts. Avoid the 8 car this weekend in Draftkings NASCAR DFS.
Chase Briscoe ($6,900)
The driver of the #14 Ford Mustang has not had a good two races so far at the track. Chase Briscoe finished 22nd and 35th last season at this track. For that reason, you should not take him for your DraftKings NASCAR DFS lineups.
