The NASCAR Cup Series will be in action at Darlington Raceway this weekend. The Goodyear 400 race became a new Mother’s Day tradition last year and is set to be a norm on the annual racing calendar going forward. This week, we will also get throwback paint schemes on most of the cars that will make them look extra cool. NASCAR’s Throwback Weekend celebration is also a great opportunity to earn some of the money back that you spent on your Mother’s Day present. Read below for help setting your DraftKings NASCAR DFS lineups for the Goodyear 400.

Goodyear 400 Drivers to Consider | DraftKings NASCAR DFS Picks
Ross Chastain ($9,700)
If you would have told me that Ross Chastain would be towards the top of DraftKings NASCAR points per race through the first 11 races of the season, I would have told you that you are nuts. Well, Chastain is second to Chase Elliott in that department. Despite this, he still has a price that doesn’t fit his performances. For this reason, Chastain is worth including in your lineup both this week and moving forward until he reaches the top of the salary list.
Kevin Harvick ($8,800)
Kevin Harvick has been THE BEST driver in the past ten races at Darlington Raceway. Thus, his price point for Sunday’s Goodyear 400 is a bit surprising. Harvick owns a fourth-place average finish in his last ten starts at “The Track Too Tough to Tame”. Combine that with a pair of wins and this middling price is astonishing. The No. 4 car may not be winning a lot of races recently, but Harvick has still been throwing down several solid finishes. Do not hesitate to include him in your DraftKings NASCAR DFS lineups this weekend.
Aric Almirola ($7,500)
Aric Almirola has actually been sneaky productive for NASCAR DFS players so far this season. The No. 10 team has been getting a lot of 30+ point performances out of his car and averages 34.4 DraftKings NASCAR points per race coming into Darlington. His average finish at the South Carolina track is lower than you would want, but a wreck and DNF last year skews the data a bit. Almirola sets up as a solid value play this week. Including him in your lineup will subsequently allow you to pay up for a more expensive driver as well.
Goodyear 400 Drivers to Avoid | DraftKings NASCAR DFS Picks
Ryan Blaney ($9,400)
Ryan Blaney has been a great driver at a lot of different tracks so far in his NASCAR Cup Series career, but he still has not figured out Darlington Raceway. Blaney has an average finishing position of just 19.3 in his last ten starts at the track. That kind of statistical average makes it tough to justify paying the $9,000 price tag to include the No. 12 car in your NASCAR DFS lineup this weekend.
William Byron ($10,100)
William Byron has been one of the best drivers in the NASCAR Cup Series so far this season as he has two wins and is near the top of the points standings. That being said, Darlington has been a hit-or-miss track for Byron throughout his career. In his seven previous Cup Series starts at the track, he is averaging a 21st-place finish. Only twice has he finished inside the top five. Byron’s higher price isn’t worth it this week. Stay away from the No. 24 car when setting your Goodyear 400 lineups.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. ($6,700)
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and the No. 47 team have largely been average this season. A second-place run at Dover last week was proof that Stenhouse is capable of providing a cheap NASCAR DFS alternative to some of the higher-priced guys on a given week. That being said, this week is probably not going to be one of those. In his last ten starts at Darlington, Stenhouse has an average finish of just 25.3. He has failed to finish better than 12th in any race over that span. Look elsewhere when hunting for DraftKings NASCAR DFS picks this weekend.
