Fantasy Football Week 15 WR Streamers
Josh Downs Fantasy Outlook (49%)
Josh Downs has long been a fantasy darling on the waiver wire this season, but his three weeks since the Colts’ Week 11 Bye have been quiet. He recorded five catches for 43 yards in Week 12, three catches for 14 yards in Week 13 and three catches for 32 yards in Week 14.
His lackluster production has created an opportunity for fantasy managers looking for sleeper upside in their playoff matchups. His ownership has stayed below 60%, and he’s a viable starting wide receiver who brings weekly top-20 upside. He’ll look to get back on track in a Week 15 meeting with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Curtis Samuel Fantasy Outlook (42%)
Curtis Samuel finished Week 13 with four catches on five targets, totaling 65 yards against the Miami Dolphins. The Commanders were on bye in Week 14, and they now have a tough meeting set with the Los Angeles Rams in Week 15. While Terry McLaurin and Jahan Dotson are likely to garner most of the attention from the Rams’ secondary, Samuel sets up well as a potential flex option who could find himself again leading the Commanders’ passing attack this week. The Rams are middle-of-the-pack against slot receivers this year, opening up some upside for the 27-year-old wideout, making him a great option for fantasy football Week 15 WR streamers.
Jonathan Mingo Fantasy Outlook (15%)
Jonathan Mingo’s final stat line in Week 14 doesn’t catch the eye, as he finished with 22 receiving yards on just two catches. He did, however, see nine targets from Bryce Young. Mingo has seen a healthy serving of targets on a weekly basis, finishing with 10 targets in Week 13 before his nine last week.
The Panthers will continue trailing games which bodes well for Mingo, as his high target share provides some upside week-to-week. Mingo will look to turn his targets into fantasy points in a Week 15 meeting with the Atlanta Falcons at home.
