While the play is improving overall, injuries and byes are causing issues as well. Fantasy Football Week 12 Streamers
Tua Tagovailoa Fantasy Outlook (49.6%)
As the NFL season continues to progress, one team that is kind of being slept on for fantasy football purposes is the Miami Dolphins. Now, I am not saying that they are Super Bowl contenders by any means, but all of a sudden they are healthy. With Tua Tagovailoa back healthy on the field, Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, De’Von Achane and Jonnu Smith have all seen their production increase in the passing game. You can say what you want about Tagovailoa, but the weapons that he has around him are great when it comes to a fantasy football perspective, which can provide for a great Week 12 fantasy football streamers option.
This week, the Dolphins have a divisional matchup against the New England Patriots who have struggled against the pass this season. In total, the Patriots have given up 2,527 yards through the air to opposing quarterbacks, ranking 24th. Last week, Matt Stafford gashed the Patriots for 295 yards and four touchdowns.
Will Levis Fantasy Outlook (3.4%)
Given what we saw to start the season, this is not the sexiest pick in Will Levis. While it might not be, the Tennessee Titans have a great matchup against the Houston Texans this week. Over the past couple of weeks, we have seen the Titans’ rush offense start to find a little bit of footing. On top of that, Levis has seemingly built a strong rapport with his receivers. Calvin Ridley has been really good over the past three weeks and it seems like all Nick Westbrook-Ikhine does is catch touchdowns. After having tough matchups in back-to-back games against the Chargers and the Vikings, I am expecting a little more scoring against the Texans.
Over the past two weeks, even in those tough matchups, Levis has scored 21.1 and 17.6. While those numbers are nothing crazy, they are fine for a fantasy football streamer option. The Texans are middle of the pack when it comes to giving up passing yards this season, but they have given up 22 passing touchdowns, ranking 31st in the league.
Tommy DeVito Fantasy Outlook (4.1%)
The Giants have been kind of a dumpster fire this season, to say the least. They have benched Daniel Jones and are looking to everyone’s favorite Italian quarterback Tommy DeVito. What I like about the Giants moving to DeVito is that this gives something new for the fans in New York to rally around. With how well Tyrone Tracy has played this season, it is not like DeVito will be thrown out to the wolves. The Giants still have Malik Nabers, Wan’Dale Robinson and Jaylin Hyatt as receiving weapons too, so DeVito will have the opportunity to get the ball to playmakers.
This week, the Giants take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who have been downright horrible against the pass this season. They have given up 2,835 passing yards this season, which ranks as 28th in the NFL. On top of that, they have given up 20 passing touchdowns. The Buccaneers also are expected to get Mike Evans back this week. That could mean that Tampa gets up early in this game, meaning that the Giants will be in passing mode.
