Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em: Week 3 TEs
Start: Kyle Pitts Fantasy Outlook vs Kansas City Chiefs
The guy who can probably go by Mr. Inconsistent for TEs is a start this week. Kyle Pitts scored 11 points in Week 1 before coming back to Earth a little bit last game. Cousins looked better in week 2 in the Atlanta Falcons win over the Philadelphia Eagles. This should help Pitts get more targets going forward.
Pitts will be facing the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs have given up the most fantasy points to TEs through the first two weeks of the season. Isaiah Likely went for 26.1 and Mike Gesicki went for 16.1 in their last game. Kirk Cousins is getting healthier and Pitts has a wide set of talents, so he should be getting points come Sunday night.
Start: Dalton Schultz Fantasy Outlook vs Minnesota Vikings
Dalton Schultz has not had a lot of points scored so far this season (8.9 points in the first two weeks). The addition of Stefon Diggs has taken some of the targets away from Schultz. The TE this week gets a favorable matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.
The Vikings have given up the fifth-most fantasy points to TEs this season. That includes 20.6 points given up to Kittle as mentioned earlier. Schultz should be able to score over 10 points and help you increase your chances of winning.

Sit: Colby Parkinson Fantasy Outlook vs San Francisco 49ers
Colby Parkinson was one of the favorite waiver wire pickups after week one. Last week Parkinson had one catch for 11 yards against the Arizona Cardinals. Arizona has given up the 5th fewest points to TEs. This week Parkinson and the Los Angeles Rams get the team that has given up the 3rd fewest points to TEs.
The San Francisco 49ers have been outstanding when it comes to giving up fantasy points to TEs. Through 2 games the 49ers have given up a total of 4.8 points. That is not the average per game that is the total amount of points. Fred Warner and the 49er defense has been on lock towards the TEs.
Sit: Mike Gesicki Fantasy Outlook vs Washington Commanders
The waiver wire favorite for this week should not start in your lineups this week. Last week Mike Gesicki went for 7 catches and 91 yards against the Kansas City Chiefs. This week though he will face the Washington Commanders who have given up the least amount of fantasy points to TEs this season.
The Commanders have been tough on the TE position this season. Only one reception for five yards on two targets. The Commanders defense has clamped down on TEs so far this year. Do not start the Bengals TE this week in your lineups.
