Yes, Jared Cook is the starter and more productive tight end on the Chargers, but Parham has still played between 47% and 51% of the snaps in all three games. The Raiders’ defense is far from elite. They know they need to devote as much of their energy to stopping Austin Ekeler, Mike Williams and Keenan Allen, while also getting pressure on Justin Herbert. This could lead to a few quick passes underneath, which Parham could take advantage of.
