What is Underdog Fantasy?
In addition to live DFS drafts, Underdog Fantasy offers pick’em contests. In essence, making NFL DFS picks on Underdog combines daily fantasy sports and player props into one. A wide variety of player props exist for the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs. The more props a user combines, the greater their potential payout.
Unlike some other platforms in the market, Underdog Fantasy also allows users the flexibility to pick and choose which props they pair together. You can even combine DFS picks from multiple sports and games! When making Underdog Fantasy NFL picks, the only limitations are truly the user’s own imagination and creativity.
Underdog Fantasy Pick’em Payout
For the pick’em game format, users string player props together to form an entry. Without adding “insurance” to the entry, you must get every selection correct to be paid out the following payouts. If picks are correlated, the payout can shift a bit. With insurance, the payout is less, but you can get a selection wrong and still win money!
- 2 Picks: 3x
- 3 Picks: 6x
- 4 Picks: 10x
- 5 Picks: 20x

Buccaneers vs Lions Underdog Fantasy NFL DFS Picks Cheat Sheet
Baker Mayfield HIGHER 22.5 Completions
Baker Mayfield has fallen short of 23 completions in each of his last three games, but there’s optimism for him to have more completions in this game. He has 22 completions in two of those three games while passing the ball 36 or fewer times. Facing a defense that allowed quarterbacks to reach 25 or more completions in their last three games, and with each quarterback attempting 36+ passes, Mayfield has a favorable opportunity to surpass 23 completions against the Lions. Detroit’s tough run defense also points to Tampa passing more.
Mike Evans LOWER 5.0 Receptions
While the thought of betting higher seems enticing, a closer look at Mike Evans‘ recent performances suggests hitting the lower is wiser. Evans has recorded four or fewer receptions in five of his last six games, including three straight road games. In contrast, Chris Godwin has been more reliable, averaging 5.6 receptions in the same six-game span compared to Evans’ 3.5. The Lions have consistently allowed a wide receiver with five or more receptions in every game since their bye week, but even in the Week 6 loss against the Lions, despite 10 targets, Evans managed only four receptions.
Chase McLaughlin HIGHER 1.5 Field Goals Made
Chase McLaughlin has been flawless in his last four non-divisional games, consistently attempting two or more field goals. Additionally, he maintains a perfect record in dome settings this season.

Jared Goff LOWER 24.5 Completions
Jared Goff hasn’t gone over 24.5 completions in any of his last three games or his last three home games. Now, he did have 30 completions against the Buccaneers in Week 6, but it was due to a huge part of not having Jahmyr Gibbs available due to injury and David Montgomery getting injured mid-game. With those two running back weapons healthy now, it has made life easier for Goff, and that is why you are seeing his completions go down. Last week, Jalen Hurts broke a three-game streak of the Buccaneers not allowing a quarterback to have over 24.5 completions, but he only broke it by having 25.
David Montgomery HIGHER 5.5 Receiving Yards
Since returning from injury in Week 10, David Montgomery has averaged 1.5 targets for 6.2 receiving yards. With Ben Johnson’s creative offensive play-calling, Montgomery has a good chance to accumulate at least six receiving yards against a defense that has allowed a running back with two or fewer targets to achieve this in four straight games.
Cameron Sutton LOWER 3.0 Solo Tackles
Despite breaking the three solo tackle threshold in two of his last three games, there’s a concern for this NFL DFS pick, as Sutton has not achieved this in three consecutive home non-divisional games.
