Week 10 fantasy football start ’em, sit ’em RB analysis from FlurrySports includes the likes of Cleveland Browns’ RB Quinshon Judkins.
How are you feeling about your starting running backs? If the answer is an unwavering “good,” then you are one of the lucky ones. Hell, even the Jonathan Taylor, Bijan Robinson and Jahmyr Gibbs owners are no longer safe from absolute stinkers! With so much inconsistency at the position, knowing who to lock into your starting lineup can be a difficult task. To help with that, we have the Week 10 Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em article!
No, you are not sitting Bijan Robinson despite a bad performance last week. Simply, start your studs! This article is designed to help solve some of those difficult RB2 or Flex questions you may have, with players who live in that grey area.
Now, labeling a player as a “sit” does not mean they are a must-sit player. As always, check out my weekly fantasy football rankings here. You can also become a member to join a group chat with me and other members where all fantasy football start ’em, sit ’em questions are welcomed!

Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em: Week 10 RBs
Start: Quinshon Judkins Fantasy Outlook at Jets
Zach Brunner’s Week 10 Fantasy Football Rankings
While the Jets’ defense was once respectable, that may be out the window. They traded away two of their best players, Sauce Gardner and Quinnen Williams. The latter means they are now without one of the league’s best defensive linemen, softening their defensive front. Also weakening their front seven is the benching of Quincy Williams. So, the run defense for the Jets gets worse, and the Browns are projected to win, creating a positive game script.
Quinshon Judkins’ fantasy owners should be excited for this matchup. He has averaged 0.44 fantasy points per snap this season, per my Opportunity Index. If the Browns are able to sustain drives at a higher rate due to the matchup, that just means more snaps and touches for Judkins. We know the workload will be there, given that he has seen 20+ looks in four of the last five games he completed.
Start: David Montgomery Fantasy Outlook at Commanders
The Lions should be able to move the ball on the Commanders, meaning there will be scoring opportunities for David Montgomery, who averages 2.6 red zone looks per game (via the Opportunity Index). Washington allows 6.2 yards per play, which is the third-most in the league. They are also average against the run, allowing 4.4 yards per carry. Montgomery will be involved regardless, but if they get a comfortable league, look for him to grind out runs and milk the clock. This, combined with the potential for goal-line carries, makes him an RB2 or solid Flex this week.

Sit: Bam Knight Fantasy Outlook at Seahawks
The Arizona Cardinals’ backfield is a mess. After several conflicting reports on workload and the RB depth chart, Bam Knight totaled the second-most touches in the backfield last week, with 11 compared to Emari Demercado’s 15. Several players will touch the ball, which is already a headache. Arizona will also take a hot-hand approach, and I am unsure if any of them will have success in this matchup.
The Seahawks have been the best team against the run this season, allowing a league-low 3.5 yards per carry. In the first matchup against the Seahawks this season, the Cardinals ran for a total of 89 yards, with 41 of them coming from Kyler Murray. Bam Knight is still getting ranked in the Flex range, and many are still starting him. There is no need to start him, and he is droppable with Trey Benson returning soon.
Sit: Jacory Croskey-Merritt Fantasy Outlook vs Lions
Thursday is the day of the week when I get to say “I told you so” about Jacory Croskey-Merritt, then tell you to sit him (or drop him). He will stop being featured in the “sit” side of the Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em when people stop playing him. However, when the FantasyPros ECR has him in the top 30 at the position, I’ll speak out.
Jacory Croskey-Merritt is not that great of a football player overall. While he is a decent runner, the offensive line is not very good, and injuries continue to hamper him. On top of that, the team around him is on fire. We all expect the Detroit Lions to bounce back from last week’s loss and win this game. If the Commanders are losing, Jacory Croskey-Merritt will be watching the game along with us, so feel free to take him out of your starting lineup and start listening to me. Thanks.
Honorable Mention: Woody Marks and Nick Chubb
I hate both Houston Texans RBs as well, but they were ranked in FantasyPros’ ECR slightly after Jacory Croskey-Merritt. The Jaguars are fifth-best in yards per carry allowed, and no CJ Stroud makes the Houston offense even worse.
