Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em: Week 8 TEs
Start: Tucker Kraft Fantasy Outlook vs Jacksonville Jaguars
The Green Bay Packers TE finds himself on the right side of the article for the first time all season. Tucker Kraft has been a guy who’s gotten points in three of the last four weeks. He was the TE1 in Weeks 4 and 5 and had 12.3 points last week in Green Bay’s win over Houston. This week, he will get a cupcake defense to play against.
The Jacksonville Jaguars have been abysmal this season on the defensive side of the ball. The Jags have given up the seventh-most average points per week to TEs. In the last three weeks, the Jaguars have given up double-digit points to TEs. In the two games in London, they gave up 24 and 17.2 points to Cole Kmet and Hunter Henry, respectively. Play the hot hand of Tucker Kraft.
Start: Dalton Schultz Fantasy Outlook vs Indianapolis Colts
It seems like every time we put this man on the start side of the article he seems to be a letdown. This week should not be the case. Last week, Dalton Schultz dropped the ball to the tune of 3.8 fantasy points against the Green Bay Packers. This week, he will get a fairly easy defense in the Indianapolis Colts.
The Colts have given up the third-most fantasy points to TEs in the NFL this season. Last week, the Colts gave up 22.6 points to Jonnu Smith without Tua. The Texans have many good receivers catching the ball, so the Colts will be spread out covering them leaving Schultz open. Trust Schultz this week for fantasy.

Sit: Jake Ferguson Fantasy Outlook vs San Francisco 49ers
The Dallas Cowboys TE will find himself on the sit side of the Week 8 Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em article. Jake Ferguson did well for three weeks before the Cowboys’ bye last week. In Dallas’ last game, Ferguson was limited to three points as Dallas was manhandled by the Detroit Lions. This week, the Dallas Cowboys will travel to play a difficult defense on Sunday Night Football.
The San Francisco 49ers have been injury-riddled so far this season, but the defense has been better than average. The 49ers have given up the 14th-fewest points to TEs this season. The SF defense has given up double-digit points to TE three times this season. Sit Jake Ferguson this week in your lineups.
Editor’s note: Jake Ferguson is a top-10 TE in our fantasy football rankings.
Sit: Hunter Henry Fantasy Outlook vs New York Jets
I guessed wrong on this guy last week, but I will double down on him again. Hunter Henry proved us wrong across the pond last week against the Jacksonville Jaguars, scoring 17.2 points. Drake Maye has helped Hunter Henry become fantasy-relevant. That is until this weekend.
The New York Jets have allowed the ninth-fewest points to TEs so far this season. No TE other than Dalton Kincaid has scored more than 10 points against the Jets defense. That includes names such as George Kittle (8 points) and Pat Freiermuth (7.1 points) in those games. Bench the Patriots tight end against the Jets this weekend.
