The wide receiver position is deep this year in fantasy football, so it’s unlikely you streamed this position early in the season. But plenty of teams’ wide receiver rooms have been plagued with injuries through seven games. If you’ve been hit with this bad luck, read on for three fantasy football Week 8 WR streamers that are worth consideration.

Despite most having late-round ADPs or emerging on the waiver wire because of injuries or production, these wide receivers have a good chance to carve out more significant roles moving forward. Keep in mind, two teams are on bye (KC and LAC).

Players must be owned in less than 55 percent of ESPN leagues to be included in the fantasy football Week 8 WR streamers column. All ownerships for players will be provided and will reflect that of Wednesday morning, once waivers are processed.

Fantasy Football Week 8 WR Streamers

Rondale Moore Fantasy Outlook at MIN (51.5%)

Rondale Moore has a real opportunity to break out as the WR2 in the Arizona Cardinals offense. With Hollywood Brown on IR and DeAndre Hopkins demanding the attention of the best opposing corner, Moore will likely be open more often than not. The Cardinals have struggled mightily this season, but the offense looked good last week against the Saints.

The Vikings are 5-1 and will be firing on offense, so the game could end up being a lot of back-and-forth scoring. Minnesota allows over 34 fantasy points per game (FPPG) to opposing wide receivers thus far.

Alec Pierce Fantasy Outlook vs WAS (35.5%)

Alec Pierce has shown he can be a reliable option in the Indianapolis Colts offense, but the change at quarterback changes his outlook. It’s unclear whether it’ll be positive or negative for the Alec Pierce fantasy football value moving forward, but rookie Sam Ehlinger has a prime matchup to get himself used to the NFL level against the Commanders. Washington is the ninth-worst against opposing wide receivers thus far.

Mack Hollins Fantasy Outlook at NO (6.6%)

Mack Hollins emerged early in the season for two back-to-back impressive performances in Weeks 2 and 3, but he has been relatively quiet since. The Raiders offense is underwhelming at times, outside of Josh Jacobs dominating, but Hollins hasn’t seen less than three targets in five straight games and found the endzone last week. It’s worth noting Hollins broke out while Hunter Renfrow was sidelined, but Renfrow hasn’t produced much this season, so Hollins’ value doesn’t decrease much, if not at all.

The Saints defense is extremely banged up and just allowed over 40 points to the struggling Cardinals.
