If you have a little uncertainty at the quarterback position, you may need to search the waivers to see who is available for a plug and play. These are the top fantasy QB streamers for Week 3 that may be available for a pickup.
Fantasy QB Streamers for NFL Week 3
Gardner Minshew, JAX (vs. MIA)
Gardner Minshew made an appearance in this article last week and is currently rostered in only 24.9% of ESPN leagues. Minshew followed up his impressive Week 1 debut by going 30/45 with 339 yards, three touchdowns, two interceptions and 23.5 fantasy points against the Titans. He gets the Dolphins at home on Thursday Night Football. After that, he faces the Bengals, Texans and Lions before going on bye. With that schedule, he’s looking like a must-start on a weekly basis. His defense is bad, and he has sneaky good weapons around him. He deserves your full trust going forward.

Ryan Tannehill, TEN (at MIN)
Not trying to keep it bland here, but Ryan Tannehill also appeared in this article last week. I don’t care. He’s rostered in 40.5% of ESPN leagues and he deserves more respect. Since he took over the starting job last season, he’s been nothing but fantastic. It’s more of the same this season, putting up 19.36 fantasy points in Week 1 and 26.76 fantasy points in Week 2. He takes on a sketchy Vikings defense and secondary in Week 3. There’s full confidence in him for that game. Week 2 showed that he doesn’t need A.J. Brown to get it done. If A.J. Brown is back, that’s just a sweet bonus, making him an even better fantasy QB streamer for NFL Week 3.
Joe Burrow, CIN (at PHI)
Joe Burrow threw the ball a whopping 61 times in Week 2 against the Browns. He threw for 316 yards, three touchdowns and finished as the QB9 on the week with 24.5 fantasy points. In 2019, Zac Taylor and the Bengals averaged 38.5 passing attempts per game, good for sixth-most in the NFL. That was with Andy Dalton at quarterback. Through the first two weeks of 2020, they have the most passing attempts. Throwing the ball a ton is the recipe for this squad and, with all the weapons surrounding Burrow, that’s a recipe for fantasy success.
He takes on the shaky Eagles secondary in Week 3, who just allowed Jared Goff to throw for three touchdowns. The Eagles are six-point favorites, so it’s looking like Burrow will need to throw to keep up.
