Le’Veon Bell has missed all of Steelers training camp this year, just as he did last year when they used the franchise tag on him. Last year, he reported to the team on Labor Day, just before the Week 1 game.  This year, he still has not reported to the team and will not play Week 1 against the Browns. The Steelers used the second preseason game to see if quarterbacks Mason Rudolph and Josh Dobbs could push backup Landry Jones from the main backup role. What they showed was that they have a lot of work to do if they want to see action in the regular season. Each quarterback had their first pass returned for a pick-six. Football is finally back, as NFL teams report to training camp.  The Steelers training camp at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe begins today, July 25th.  They will be there until August 13th, then complete camp at the UPMC Rooney Sports Complex on the South Side.
